- Document management system
Very often, before deployment of a document management system, you need man power and time to filter out redundant files or get the most updated versions. NoClone can uncover duplicate files and remove redundancy.
NoClone can be helpful when checking duplicate files on both suspects. If the files are on both suspects’ computer, the files are suspected. (If you apply NoClone on digital forensic, please write to us what we can help after finding duplicate files.)

Beta testers recruitment
NoClone 4.1 with 2 new features:
1. Similar files: Compare similar files, with various similarity. Now you can scan for similar files instead of true byte-by-byte comparison to uncover more suspected duplicate files. This is powerful fuzzy match to enhance and replace "simple fuzzy match" and "truncated files" in previous version e.g. v3. This feature can check similarity between files regardless of file size. NoClone 4.1 can check similarity between Office documents like Word doc but not down-sampled images and mp3 with different sampling rate.
2. Duplicate Outlook emails: Smart marker is also enhanced to support scanning result of duplicate emails.
Missing features like sorting and shortcut keys will be added back to NoClone 4. If you found features in v3.x but not in v4.0, please request.
